"On February 22nd the Fort Harrison Chapter SAR participated in a National George Washinton wreath laying Commemoration at his office in Winchester VA. Washinton used this office as a Colonel in the Virgina Milita and was responsible for protecting Viginia's 300-mile frontier form the French and Indians. The annual event was attended by numerous SAR and DAR Chapters."
